Shipping And Delivery
To follow the delivery of your package, a link will be sent to you by email with your tracking information.
Delivery time: Modest Fashion Planet is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. Modest Fashion Planet can not guarantee a delivery date. We are not responsible for any package that comes back as undeliverable.
If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a parcel card will be left in your letterbox detailing the steps for arranging redelivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delivered by the carrier with proof of delivery and you did not receive your package, then you must file a complaint with your local carrier.
Delivery delays:
During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been despatched from our warehouse. These delays are out of the control of Modest Fashion Planet. If you wish to seek compensation for any inconvenience caused, you may wish to contact the carrier directly.
Customs taxes:When purchasing from a destination outside Canada, your package will likely be subject to customs fees.Additional customs fees may apply for orders outside of Canada. For more information on these charges, please contact your post office or local government for more information. Modest Fashion Planet is not responsible for any charges issued and we are unable to determine these charges prior to delivery.
Modest Fashion Planet is not responsible for packages for which a customer refuses to pay customs fees and will not refund any order that has not been returned to our establishment. Modest Fashion Planet is not responsible for any charges issues by customs that have not been paid by the customer. Modest Fashion Planet cannot be held responsible for delays in your shipment due to the carrier or postal deductions issued by your country.
Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order.
